How we help leaders create change

Abstract

Understanding how we resist change (how we stop ourselves from getting more of what we want and how we do not ask for support to mobilise into action) is the key to transforming our behaviours and creating systemic change in an organisation.

This white paper outlines how Accelerated Evolution uses models and approaches to individual and group functioning to assist leaders and change agents to become more influential and more effective change agents.

it begins with a discussion of how individuals experience their needs and wants and how they go about satisfying them/ finding what they need and want. Further it discusses the importance of leaders being aware of any blockages or obstacles they themselves might have as a necessary precondition of organisational effectiveness. it goes on to discuss how leaders can differently engage with individuals and the organisation system itself to more effectively understand the complex situations they are dealing with and to approach them most constructively.
